No Returns or Exchanges Policy

Due to the intimate and medical nature of our products, all sales are final.

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any items once they have left our facility. This policy applies even if the product packaging has not been opened.

Please ensure that you carefully review your order before completing your purchase. If you have questions about our products or need assistance selecting the right kit, contact our support team before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review your case and, if eligible, provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds are only issued if:

  • Your order cannot be fulfilled due to inventory issues, or
  • A verified shipping error on our part prevents delivery.

No other refund or return exceptions are permitted.
