I’m an Amazing Mom with My Share of Messy Moments
Let’s be real for a second—I’m a fantastic mom! Yup, I said it. My kiddos tell me I’m awesome, and they’re not exactly known for their fibbing skills. But let’s not kid ourselves; I’ve had my fair share of not-so-great parenting moments too.
I’m truly an incredible mom. My children feel the love because I remind them every single day. On the flip side, I’m sometimes a messy mom. I can only handle so much of their off-key singing before I’m mentally begging for silence.
I’m an awesome mom. The way they look at me makes me feel like I could conquer anything—even a dragon! I could whip up the best ham and cheese sandwich they’ve ever had. But then, there are days when I’m a less-than-stellar mom. Playing dolls? I’d rather pretend I’m napping than engage for too long.
I’m an amazing mom. I’m so captivated by who they are that I can’t help but share all their quirks with my partner, often to an embarrassing degree. Yet, sometimes I’m a crap mom. Some nights, I’m just too tired to read them a bedtime story, and I skip it.
I’m a fantastic mom. My favorite moments are spent marveling at their little details—like how many freckles my daughter has or how tall my son is getting. But I’m also a messy mom. I don’t always paint her nails when she asks, and I might say, “I’m busy” when I’m really just scrolling through my phone.
I’m an incredible mom. I treat my kids with respect and encourage their creativity. I even insist they play outside, even if it’s chilly. But I can get lost in my own world sometimes, which makes me a not-so-great mom.
I’m an awesome mom! I dance around the living room with them, unleashing my inner goofball when our favorite song comes on. But then I battle with them because I crave a little peace and quiet while they just want to have fun.
I’m an amazing mom who rubs their bellies and celebrates their achievements. But come 8 PM, I’m all about me. I just want them to go to sleep without needing water, stuffed animals, or more songs!
So, I’m an awesome mom with some messy moments. And I bet you can relate.

Summary:
Being a mom is a wild ride filled with ups and downs. While I take pride in being an amazing mother who supports and loves my kids, I’m also aware of my less-than-perfect moments. We all have them, and that’s what makes us human!
