This June, we are thrilled to announce our third annual Giving Day! This Pride month is particularly significant, marking a decade since the legalization of marriage equality in the United States. To commemorate this milestone, we will shine a 24-hour spotlight on stories of love, family, and freedom while rallying support for the important work still ahead. Mark your calendars for Tuesday, June 10!
In past years, Family Equality Giving Day has been a day of joy, love, and transformative action for the LGBTQ+ community. Together, we’ve raised substantial funds to support our mission.
Why Contribute to Family Equality This June?
Last year, Family Equality made an impact in over 30 states through more than 70 pro-equality initiatives. Working alongside our partners, we stood against over 550 anti-LGBTQ+ bills introduced nationwide. We also hosted engaging community events from the picturesque beaches of Provincetown to the heart of the Midwest and even online. Furthermore, we’ve been actively reshaping the narrative surrounding LGBTQ+ families, ensuring our stories are told authentically and truthfully.
This year, it’s crucial that we amplify our efforts even further! Here’s how you can participate:
