A 6-Year-Old’s Heartfelt Plea for Family Unity Will Leave You Speechless
You won’t believe the wisdom that came from little Mia Thompson this past weekend. Her mom, Jessica, found herself in tears when Mia decided to have a serious conversation with her. After Jessica and Mia’s dad recently divorced, all Mia wants is for everyone to get along.
“I just want you, Dad, and everyone to be friends,” she said, her eyes wide with sincerity. “I want to be happy. I don’t like feeling angry… I’m not being mean or trying to bully anyone. I want to be steady – like the ground. Not too high or too low, but right in the middle, where my heart is. My heart matters, and so does everyone else’s.
