I’d prefer to change a thousand diapers than sit through another tedious discussion about campaign promises. Seriously, kiddo, just pick your pajamas already and go to sleep!

   Candidates often smile at their opponents in a way that feels a bit patronizing. Parents do this too! Whether it’s applauding a mediocre performance or maintaining a calm facade when your child is throwing a tantrum in public, that smile is a must-have tool.
