As I lay in bed this morning, listening to you play with our little one, I realized I’ve been meaning to write you this letter for quite some time. Thank you for being the incredible husband and father that you are.

I truly appreciate how you consistently prioritize our family. I see the invites you pass up from friends and work to be present with us, and it means the world. You always choose us, and we feel that love.

Thanks for the little things you do daily that remind me of your greatness, even if I don’t recognize it in the moment. Your mid-day texts just to check on me always brighten my day.

Your silly songs about brushing teeth and cleaning up make those chores much more fun. Without them, I think we’d struggle a lot more!

I’m also grateful you always get up first on weekends. Even just a few extra minutes of quiet time is a rare gift that I cherish.
