Add ‘Hilarious’ To The List Of Reasons You Adore Adele
Adele is simply irresistible. Seriously, the woman is a fantastic mom, a mesmerizing singer, an unexpectedly good freestyle rapper, and now, she’s taken her charm up a notch by adding “hilarious” to the ever-growing list of reasons we adore her.
You might recall the time she pranked a group of Adele impersonators by pretending to be one of them. Well, this week, she teamed up with her good friend, Lila Jones, for another laugh-out-loud stunt at Jamba Juice. Lila set the stage for the prank by sending Adele in with an earpiece while she fed her lines. To kick things off, an actor posed as Adele’s assistant, asking the employees to treat Adele like a “regular person.”
Things quickly got funny when Adele walked in and asked, “What should I order?” while throwing them off by demanding a large juice in a small cup. And just when you think it couldn’t get any better, she whips out a pair of scissors from her bag and starts snipping at the wheat grass! You can almost hear the Jamba Juice staff thinking, “What is happening right now?” The hilarity continues as Lila gets her to empty her purse, revealing Twizzlers, knives, handcuffs, and—wait for it—no money. At this point, Adele quips, “I’m a celebrity—do I have to pay?”
