Vice President, Development

Overview

Family Equality is searching for an innovative Vice President of Development to spearhead a multi-year fundraising strategy. This role focuses on expanding diverse revenue streams through major gifts, institutional funding, and events. The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing team, enhance internal systems, and foster strong cross-functional relationships to create compelling narratives for support. Additionally, they will manage a portfolio of major donors, acting as an effective mentor and coach to ensure the development team’s success and professional growth.
