Jordan Lee serves as the Co-Chair of the Family Unity Board of Directors and recently held the position of Interim CEO of Family Unity. With an extensive 20-year background at Target, she brings a wealth of experience to her leadership roles. Renowned for her strategic insight and unwavering commitment to social justice, Jordan has made a significant impact in both corporate and nonprofit sectors.
Throughout her career at Target, Jordan occupied various executive positions, where she spearheaded initiatives that enhanced operational capabilities and delivered meaningful outcomes. Her dedication to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion has been pivotal in shaping inclusive cultures within organizations.
Jordan is deeply committed to advancing the mission of supporting and advocating for LGBTQ+ families. She shares her life with her wonderful partner, Taylor, and their incredible child, Sam. Their family’s journey as host home and foster parents to LGBTQ+ youth facing homelessness has profoundly transformed their lives.
Jordan graduated with a degree in Gender Studies from the University of California and has received accolades for her efforts in promoting LGBTQ+ rights and community engagement.
