Before you start rummaging through your backyard or checking behind the fridge for a baby you might not even have, take a moment to answer this lighthearted quiz to see if you’re indeed the proud parent of an infant.
1. Check Your Shirt. What Does It Look Like?
- A) It’s crisp, stylish, and freshly ironed; I just put it on this morning.
- B) It’s a little wrinkled and could use a wash, but it’s not too bad and has (relatively) few stains. It may even have a couple of tiny holes.
- C) There are five or more stains, mostly around the shoulders; I can’t recall when I last wore it, but I know I’ve slept in it for at least two nights.
Answers:
- A: You are not a parent. You sound too put-together, and I’m slightly envious.
- B: You might not have a baby either – perhaps you just need to tidy up a bit.
- C: Congratulations! You are definitely a parent!
