Yet, despite the inevitable challenges of new parenthood, they felt prepared. “I just instinctively knew what to do somehow,” Jamie reflects. “And Alex really stepped up and became the amazing dad I always knew he could be.”
A crucial element in their success? An extensive support network. “We’re fortunate to have people around us who love, accept, and support us. They always show up for us… It truly takes a village,” they affirm.
