The ultimate goal is to facilitate phone calls and, in the best scenarios, in-person reunions. “There are numerous individuals on the streets grappling with mental health issues or addictions,” Miles noted. “Yet, they still have families who care about them and wish to reconnect.” Remarkably, Miracle Messages has facilitated 30 messages and organized 15 reunions, with 40% of those reunited no longer living on the streets.
