T-Rexes are taking the internet by storm! While they’ve become famous for their funny YouTube antics, a new set of T-rex-themed engagement photos is sure to steal your heart.

“We were inspired by the plethora of T-rex videos online, but noticed a lack of photographic representations like ours,” said photographers Greg Basel and Maria Adams. “So, we decided to seize the moment and create these whimsical engagement photos.” And just like that, they went viral!

“It was an absolute delight working with these two T-rex models,” the photographers shared. “They fully embraced their roles as dinosaurs, and they said they would definitely do it again.” Just look at how much more entertaining this engagement shoot is compared to the usual posed images where couples awkwardly lock eyes, pondering, “Is this my best angle?”

“Hold me, T-Rex!” The photographers aimed to bring joy and laughter to the world, countering the often grim news we see daily.

Typically focused on weddings, family portraits, and events, the duo ventured to Mirabeau Park in Spokane Valley, WA, for this snowy engagement shoot.

Unfortunately, the identities behind the T-rexes remain a mystery, as the models—Lily Johnson and Mark Stevens—are just friends who wanted to contribute to this enchanting project. “They were fantastic, ready for anything,” the photographers remarked.

Despite not being an actual couple, their chemistry shines through in the photos, which have spread joy across the globe. The team and their dinosaur friends are “thrilled with all the positive feedback we’ve received.”

“Our goal was to show everyone that love exists for everyone, no matter who you are,” the photographers expressed. “Love isn’t extinct!”

Aww, or should we say, rawwwr!
