Two Australian moms, Sophie Lane and Emma Brooks from Sydney, came together to create a way to celebrate these everyday triumphs. They founded “Mom’s Milestones” after realizing that while baby milestones are often highlighted, the humorous and challenging experiences that moms face go largely unacknowledged in parenting products.
Who wouldn’t find joy in receiving cards that celebrate these little wins? Sophie explained to Mashable Australia, “We spent countless hours as new moms discussing how the reality of parenthood was underrepresented in the products available, and on social media. We couldn’t help but chuckle at how beautiful photos of babies were celebrated, while the struggles of motherhood seemed to be overlooked.”
