Etsy shop Happy Stickers is here to celebrate adult victories, because let’s face it—being a grown-up is no walk in the park. Kids get showered with stickers at school, during doctor visits, and even when they’re just being adorable at the checkout line. But unless we’re voting or donating blood, adults miss out on that sweet sticker love, and honestly, it’s a bummer. Just because we’ve aged doesn’t mean we don’t deserve a little boost now and then.
Enter Sarah Mitchell, a teacher and the creative force behind Happy Stickers, who recognized this gap and set out to change it. She designs vibrant reward stickers and buttons specifically for adults, serving as delightful reminders that we can celebrate even the tiniest triumphs in our hectic lives.

Nailing the “I remembered to shower today” sticker is a breeze, but the one that says, “I actually remembered what I went upstairs for?”—that one might take some serious brainpower!
Here’s another pack for anyone trying to adult:
That dapper turtle on the sticker may just motivate you to tackle that laundry mountain lurking in your dryer!
For those who despise bugs and dealing with clueless people, there’s this gem:
And let’s not forget the special set designed just for teachers—
because if anyone deserves a sticker, it’s those who give stickers all day long!
Sarah shared with us that her sticker creation journey started as a happy accident. “I inadvertently launched a business because adulting is tough,” she laughed. A colleague of hers was recovering from surgery, and Sarah wanted to cheer her up with a thoughtful gift. The leftover stickers sparked something unexpected; adults were acting like giddy kids all over again! “I posted a few in a mom-to-mom Facebook group, and suddenly, requests were flooding in from all corners of the country,” she said.
As a teacher, Sarah understands how oddly motivating stickers can be. “Growing up, having sticker books was a must. Apparently, that enthusiasm doesn’t fade with age,” she noted. I mean, who wouldn’t feel a little more energized knowing there’s a “I finally shaved my legs” sticker waiting for them?
Sarah believes there’s nothing wrong with channeling your inner child and giving yourself a pat on the back for a job well done. “Adulting and motherhood are SUPER challenging. Sometimes, we just need a little recognition for those thankless tasks we do every single day—even if we’re the ones rewarding ourselves.”
And you know what? We’re all in!
