“We noticed a lot of T-Rex videos floating around, but we were missing the still shots that really capture the fun,” said photographers Alex Rivers and Jamie Lee. “So we thought, why not create some engagement photos that will make everyone chuckle?” And chuckle they did; these photos are quickly going viral!
“It was an absolute riot working with these two T-Rexes,” the duo shared. “They fully embraced their roles and said they’d love to do it again.” Just check out the joy in these snaps, far more entertaining than the typical engagement shoot where couples awkwardly wonder, “Am I posing right?”
The goal behind this whimsical shoot was simple: “We wanted to spread smiles and laughter, especially in a world that often feels heavy with negativity,” they explained. Typically, these photographers focus on weddings and family portraits, but they ventured to Mirabeau Park in Spokane Valley, WA, for this snowy adventure.
Sadly, the identities of the T-Rexes remain under wraps, as they’re not actually an engaged couple. Instead, friends Lucy Grant and Mark Collins joined forces to help create this magical moment. “They were fantastic sports and totally up for anything,” said the photographers.
Regardless, the resulting images featuring these prehistoric pals have been shared far and wide, bringing joy to countless viewers. The photographers and their dino duo are “thrilled with all the positive feedback we’ve received.”
