I have three kiddos: two boys and a girl, each claiming their own superhero persona. Bedtime can get a little chaotic when they shout things like, “Never, Luna Girl!” and sometimes their dad gets roped into being “Romeo.” The youngest, a baby, has been dubbed Gekko, dutifully tagging along as his siblings embark on their imaginative escapades.

While I usually find little joy in children’s programming, I wholeheartedly embrace their PJ Masks obsession. It’s rare that all three of my kids—aged 7, 4, and 1—can unite over a shared interest that not only captivates them but also inspires imaginative play away from screens. But here we are!
