As I soar through the clouds at 30,000 feet, it hits me—I desperately need some sleep. The past two weeks have been challenging, but honestly, the last two years have been even tougher. With school events, vendor meetings, tutoring sessions, therapy appointments, and swim practices, I feel completely drained. That overwhelming sensation of being unable to take on one more task had been building up for a while.
