Ingredients:

  • Cooking spray
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella pearls
  • 1 package of Grands biscuits, cut into quarters
  • Fresh or dried chives for garnish

For an even quicker option, you could use a premade Red Lobster CBB mix instead of regular Grands biscuits.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Allow the opened can of biscuits to sit at room temp for 10 minutes.
  2. Coat a medium casserole dish or bundt pan with cooking spray.
  3. Melt the butter and mix in all the remaining ingredients. Toss well before transferring to your dish. If your pan is large enough, Chef Lee suggests tossing everything directly in the pan until well-coated and the cheese is evenly distributed.
  4. Bake for 30-40 minutes until the top is golden brown. After 30 minutes, conduct a “poke test” with a fork or toothpick to check for doneness.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chives.
