A Doormat for Nap Time (Or Anytime, Really)
I cannot stand when someone decides to wake my little ones during their precious nap time, just to leave a package (no signature needed!) and dash away. It’s even more frustrating when they interrupt my kids to hand out religious pamphlets while asking about my spiritual adventure.
But the absolute worst? Having a college kid knock on my door despite the glaring neon pink sign that shouts, “Baby and Toddler Sleeping! No Knocking!” just to offer me an upgrade on “my partner’s sports package.” Let’s just say that those fancy running shoes he was sporting saved him from my wrath that day!
If you’re anything like me and treasure the peace and quiet that comes with nap time—or if you simply want to avoid any door knockers—you absolutely need this!
Sure, it probably won’t stop your mother-in-law from barging in unannounced, and my brother-in-law is always welcome (especially when he has coffee in hand), but it might just keep a few pesky daytime visitors at bay. And if it doesn’t work? Well, at least it’ll spark some interesting conversations.

In summary, nap time interruptions can be a real drag, but with the right doormat, you might just keep those pesky visitors at bay.
