If I had come across a script as good as Notting Hill or My Best Friend’s Wedding, I would have jumped on it. They simply didn’t exist until now,” she noted about her return to the genre. “I thought, ‘This could be a disaster unless George is in it.’ Thankfully, he felt the same about me, and we made it happen.”
